Synopsis: Thriller. Leo Garfield is a gambler who is asked to manage a casino owned by gangland boss Bruno until a replacement manager is found. Leo reluctantly accepts the job, but also takes on an assignment to kill Gloria, another gangster's wife. Meanwhile, Leo is being watched carefully by Bruno's brother, Caspar, who knows that Leo's wife Lily once double-crossed her partner when she was involved in the bank-robbing business years previously. The partner in question is now out of prison and in league with Caspar to get his revenge on Lily.
